MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Morning Devotion
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new ways for the ladies to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. That includes morning prayer and meditation, scripture study, and life choices classes. These strategies assist in dealing with the past challenges of our lives.
Faith Based 12-Step Recovery
At H.O.P.E. Project, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in assisting our ladies in their recovery journey. Recovery is by no means an easy feat, but through commitment and encouragement we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. Through 12-Step Recovery Programs we are striving to make a difference with the grace and care of Jesus Christ by our side.
Life On Life's Terms
With the initiative of our ladies, our goal is to promote and encourage re-entry into the work force, community service to give back, and weekly groups that teach healthy boundaries and improve overall self-confidence and behavior. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
Personal Relationships
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies to assist in the improvement of each ladies journey with H.O.P.E Project. This includes one-on-one weekly and monthly meetings to evaluate the progress of each ladies journey with us. Progress in this program is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact and to assist in the improvement of each ladies journey.
Requirements
BUILDING STRUCTURE FOR THE FUTURE
Faith Based Services
The main focus of the entire program is of Jesus Christ and the relationship that is built with Him. We require the ladies to attend weekly church services and weekly Bible Study in order to learn the Lord's Word to cultivate that relationship.
Support Services
H.O.P.E Project encourages the ladies to seek out support groups and services needed in order to further their journey in recovery. Because we want to see the women succeed in life, we encourage them to seek out counseling and Substance abuse groups. We also encourage them to seek out parenting classes when needed. They are required to attend Life Skills classes and Celebrate Recovery of which is a 12-Step recovery program that is centered around scripture and our daily lives.
Personal Responsibility
At H.O.P.E. Project we think that personal responsibilities are important and imperative to a structured and successful home and life. That is why we require daily/weekly chores be done, curfews be met, meetings be attended, jobs be acquired, and finances be reviewed. Through our program ladies are relearning how to live their lives responsibly and that starts with the basics of home care and finances.
Sobriety & Zero Tolerance
H.O.P.E Project offers a safe living environment for women to begin to rebuild their lives. This home is based on the knowledge that every person living in it is sober from alcohol and clean from substances. At no time will H.O.P.E. Project allow a women to reside on the premises if she test's positive for alcohol or illicit substances; she will be evicted immediately. H.O.P.E Project has a zero tolerance policy regarding physical, verbal, and emotional abuse, hate speech, and theft. None of these will be tolerated and immediate eviction will occur.
